I find that the sync button doesn't work consistently. Very often, I'll press the button and it will fail to update even though there is data that needs to be updated. This happens on multiple devices on multiple platforms (Mac, iOS). This has been a long-standing issue but I have found ways to force it to update such as going into the settings and hitting account sync there. I'm reporting it now because I noticed my other bandmates also have the same issue.
