Title: Inconsistent rendering of A-Z quick-access buttons in lists (android)

The strip of alphabetic quick-access letters/buttons in perform-view is lost when returning to the list from the detail display of a song.

To reproduce:

1. Chose a setlist or smartlist long enough for the A-Z strip of quick-access buttons to be displayed. The list must be displayed in perform-mode.

2. Tap any title in the list to bring up text and details for that song.

3. Return to the set/smartlist and observe that the A-Z strip of buttons is gone.

Please send a message from Help > Request Tech Support so I can see your device details and app settings.

Also, the shortcut buttons only appear in smart lists, not in set lists.

Okay, I see the problem and this will be fixed in the next update in a few days.
