Sorry for all the questions, but as I get near the first live use, I'm trying to make it perfect !
I use documents for lyrics, and if I zoom in by pinching/dragging as normal, after using "save zoom level", the text reverts to where it was before the zoom after a few seconds...any ideas?

I responded to your ticket yesterday as follows:
I'm sorry to say that saving zoom levels only works with PDF files. This limitation was noted in the feature list for the app, but not in the documents tutorial; I just added it there. I will also update the tools menu in the next version to disable that option when you are viewing another document format.
If you want, you could convert your RTF files to PDF, or you could copy and paste the file contents directly into the app:
