Today our subscription ended.
I'd prefer to get an information a little bit earlier, say a week before the end of the subscription.
I wasn't available and the other bandmembers wanted to sync, but got an error msg and we're puzzled.... :)

You should get an email five days before the expiration. You can check what email address the reminder goes to on the Account > Users page, and you can add webmaster@bandhelper.com to your contacts list if the reminder message is going into your spam folder.

There was no email and the domain is already in nospam.
I manually searched the folders with no results.

As a test, I manually triggered another renewal notice for you, watched the logging on my end, and the message was successfully handed off to your email provider. Did you see the message this time?
