Print Page - no document in songlist

Hi Arlo, I have been enjoying Setlist Maker with my iPod for many years and have run into this: In my list of songs I usually have a document icon to the right of the name- tap it and the doc opens in the panel to the right. Double tap that and it opens full page. For a while now there has been no document icon showing up next to the song name. I don't recall messing with any of the settings as it had always been fine. So I've been poking around in the Layouts and Documents sections trying to edit either details or edit layout but I can't find how to display the docs in my song lists!
