Right now I'm wired from iPad / Bandhelper to BeatBuddy through a Mio. I'm going wireless with a Yamaha MDBT01. Are there any settings in BandHelper that need to be changed or will it all work "as is"? I do understand that BT needs to be "on" on the iPad.
Obviously I'm very new as to the technical end of things.

If your MIDI Device definition in BandHelper has the Port set to the existing wired MIDI interface, you'll have to change that to the new wireless MIDI interface. I recommend leaving that set to All so you don't have to change it when you change MIDI interfaces.
Otherwise you'll just have to click the MIDI icon in the top toolbar, click Connect to a Bluetooth Device and select the wireless interface. With Bluetooth MIDI you'll have to connect every time you use the device; it doesn't auto-connect.
