IS there's a way to share a setlist with a different Bandhelper account. Sometimes I play with another band that uses Bandhelper but they don't want to add another user because of their account type (single user). Normally they send me the PDF of the setlist but then I have to enter manually all the songs and create the setlist.
No, the best solution is for them to upgrade to 2-5 users and add you as a user in their account. (If multiple people in that band are using it, they should have more than one user anyway.)
