Hi...I have been using the Repertoire section of Bandhelper for quite some time. Recently I started to use the Schedule/Contacts functions. I have a question. What is the purpose of the Public box? Is it a way to let the other band members know that a particular gig is "public" and not a private party? Or is meant for something else?

That lets an event appear on your website if you are using the website widget. See the last section on this page:

You would select Hide Details if it is a private event but you still want to list it on your website.
