Hello, thank you for allowing me to be part of your forum. I have a quick question regarding the screen going blank on an iPad after a set time when it's not plugged in (with a charger).
Is there a setting in the software to prevent this?
The app should disable the device's auto-lock feature whenever you are in the show view. However, the ability of an app to disable the auto-lock has always been a bit flaky. If you're having problems with this, the best option is to disable auto-lock for all apps in the Settings app under General Settings > Auto-Lock.
