Hi, my iPad crashed and I lost everything. My bandmate still has everything on his iPad but I'm not able to restore it to mine. Can someone help me? I have a gig tomorrow and the set list app has become essential to our gigs. I tried putting in our sync name and password but I still have zero content. Someone save me please. :'(
Please send a message from Help > Request Tech Support inside the app, and in that message, describe what you've done to try syncing and what happened when you tried it.
I just sent a help request from the app. It wasn't really an app issue its more that my iPad crashed and I had not backed it up.
I also get this error when I try to sync. I attempted to post picture below.
