I just added a batch of songs and I noticed that the data in my custom fields didn't import. When I click on the individual song that I added, on your website, I do see that the fields were created, but that my custom data didn't populate the custom fields along with all the other data. I had put my data into columns 17, 18 and 19. Did I do something incorrectly, or is Band Helper just unable to mass import data into custom fields?
I'd have to look at your data to answer that. Please email me directly and include your account name, the file you imported and an example of custom field data that didn't import.
