Title: Syncing Audio Files from iPad to iPhone and backing up?

I figured out how to use iTunes to sync my docs across my devices however I am not able to figure out how to sync my attached audio files.  Any suggestions?

With Set List Maker, you have to keep your audio files in iTunes, then sync your devices with iTunes and iTunes will copy the recordings onto your devices.
