How to import a .plist file to BH

I used to work with SLM for at least 5 years. Now I switched to BH. In order to transfer all my songs with all corresponding documents, setlists and shows to BH I exported the SLM database to my PC. What I got a is a .plist file. All my attempts to import that file into BH failed. How do I do it correctly?
