MIDI Preset Screen jumbled in Portrait Mode

Hi Arlo,

Noticed that my MIDI preset screen is not readable in portrait mode (the left side is fine). The right side looks to have the MSB, LSB and Program entries overlap the MIDI device name. Anything to do to correct???

This is an unintended side effect of some upcoming design updates. I'll fix it in the next version!
