Trying to figure out when a song was deleted from a set

Hi Arlo,

I made a new setlist for a gig last night in the app. I then exported the plain text from the setlist so that I could print paper sets as backups and for the people without iPads.

When we did the gig, one song was missing from the setlist on Bandhelper. It was obviously inadvertently deleted by someone after I printed the sets, but I'm not sure how that's possible. I was the only who accessed the app after the sets were made and I'm usually pretty careful with this stuff.

I tried to login to the web portal to see if I can discover anything but it left me more confused. It shows 4 deleted songs from the appropriate time but it doesn't list what songs. The name field is blank.

Is this normal for the web portal and is there anything else I could do to get to the bottom of this? Thanks

arlo

The songs field in a set list is a list of song IDs. You should see changes to that on the Admin > History page of the website. To find the ID of a song, you can edit that song on the website and look at the ID at the end of its URL.

I'm not seeing a record of when this song was deleted. The setlist contained 166 songs (7 sets, large amounts of songs per set). To make this set, I copied an old set as base and added 6 new songs. In the history, I see one entry for the new set that says "song count updated from 160-166". That makes sense. For this mystery deleted song, there should be an entry that says "song count updated from 166 to 165". I see no entry.
