Transfer License from Android to iOS?

I recently purchased SLM for my Nexus 7.  However the tablet is just running slow and I'm thinking about switching on iPad Mini.  Would it be possible to transfer the license to the iOS device since I won't be using it on Android any more?  I'm getting rid of the Nexus 7.

No, you must buy the app separately for each platform. There is no way to link your iOS and Android purchases together, since they are distributed by two different companies with separate app stores.
