Send midi when selecting song

Hi guys.

I've got midi presets in my songs and want them to send as soon as i select a song.  At the moment i need to click the midi button once i have selected the song.

Also tempo flash. Can that start as soon as i select a song?

Please see Settings > Automation > Song Selection Actions.
