Couple issues

Hello,

I wanted to get this for myself, and I need a couple questions answered.

Firstly, when I go to buy the Basic - 5 users plan (The current plan im on) Use my PayPal my account is still locked. Is there like a waiting period before my account is unlocked?
Second, the plan im on says 2-5 band users. Is this $25 per user, or up to 5 people? This is unclear on your website.

What do you mean your acount is locked? Please describe what problem you are seeing.

The prices are for all the users in your account, not per user. So a band with 5 members and a Basic account would pay $25/year, not $125/year.

You wrote in a Play Store review that you didn't receive a payment confirmation from the BandHelper website or from PayPal. If BandHelper says your account is expired, all signs indicate that your payment was not processed. Did you click the Submit button on the billing page after entering your PayPal account info?
