Author Topic: Different number of songs on 2 different devices even after a sync  (Read 1487 times)

I just synced my iPhone and iPad mini to my bands database. My iPhone shows 3 more songs in the database. Any idea what would cause this? I even tried powering down each device and then powering back up and doing a sync - no difference. And idea what could be going on?

Please submit a help ticket and state the names of the songs that are different:

Then tap Help > Send Troubleshooting Info from the affected devices and enter the ticket number.
