"Connect to Bluetooth MIDI" setting has disappeared

Recently, I have been able to connect to my Mi.1 Bluetooth midi donggle with a menu item in setlist maker. In the most recent upgraded, the setting seems to have disappeared. Can you help point me to where that is now or how to Connect to the device from Setlist Maker?

Settings > Audio & MIDI > Connect to a Bluetooth Device ... that setting should still be there.

Thanks but I don't see it. I have 5.0.5 running and it does not have the usual 'Connect to Bluetooth device' setting like earlier version. What gives?

The only reason it wouldn't appear is if you are running an iOS version older than iOS 8. Can you post a screen shot of the bottom part of the Settings > Audio & MIDI page?
