Unable to use more than two projects

Today I tried to add another project to my account, using the web interface. It appears in the project list and I can select it when importing data from Set List Maker. It does NOT appear in the dropdown menu next to 'YOUR ACCOUNT', so I cannot switch to that project. It does not sync to my iPad nor to my Android Phone. I can rename the project, add a fourt and fifth one, but I cannot switch to these projects and add songs to them. Logging out and on again did not help, restarting the iPad and the phone made no difference. I still only see the initial project and the additional one I created.

As far as I have understood there should be no (reasonable) limit to the number of projects I can add to my account, right?

You need to assign yourself to the new projects from the Account > Users > Edit page.

I have the same problem on my account. I have three projects, and have no problem with the sync of the first two.

I have added myself and one other user to the new project through Account/Users/Edit, but the third project refuses to sync either to the other user's Android device or to my iPad.

I removed myself from the project, and re-added myself, but still no sync. I have added songs and a setlist to the new project through the Web interface, I can switch between the three projects in the Web Browser, but I can't see the third project on the iPad. The iPad does sync changes in the other two projects, so I know it is correctly logged in.

Any hints what might be missing?

I can take a look if you send a message from Help > Request Tech Support on the affected device.

I'm having the same problem.  I will submit a help ticket from the affected device.
