Author Topic: Switching from SLM to BH-Imported DB but no songs appear on device  (Read 487 times)

I am switching from SLM to BH and have exported my .plist file to the BH webpage.  I see the songs & setlists for my specific project on my Projects page.  I have setup multiple projects (I had multiple band DB's in SLM) and have gone into my specific project on BH, but the songs and setlists do not appear after syncing.  While syncing on my iPad, it shows data has been imported, but no songs or setlists are appearing.  Do you have a step by step walkthrough in switching from SLM to BH for a newbie, where I can get everything synced and working, including syncing documents?  I have put a lot of time into SLM and it is a very valuable tool, so I need to understand how this whole thing works to get my data across.  Thanks!

I just fixed a problem on the server that popped up last night. Please click Settings > Account Sync > Reset Local Data to sync again and that should work correctly now.

Assuming you have the Set List Maker databases imported already, you can then copy your documents out of Set List Maker (the fastest way is using iTunes File Sharing), zip them, and upload the zip file using the Batch Import button at the top of the Repertoire > Documents page on the website.
