Displaying Two Documents

Is it possible to have one document displayed on a projector (Document +1) and have another document appear on the iPad screen at the same time?

Yes -- you can change Settings > General Settings > External Display > Content to Doc +1.

The you'll have to sequence your attached documents so that the document you want on the main display is listed first and the document you want on the external display is second.
