importSONGS.txt recordings field syntax
« on: March 31, 2018, 05:29:00 AM »
I use the importSONGS.txt feature a lot, but I realy would like to know, how can I use the 'recordings' collumn ? I use the setlistmaker app on a ipad. Only filling in the mp3 file name doesn't work. I probably have to have a path name too. Can you help me out there?

Thanx in advance

Joost

You can only link to a recording when importing songs if your recordings are copied into the app (see "Local Recording Files" on this page: http://www.arlomedia.com/apps/setlistmaker/tutorials/advanced_audio.html). In that case you don't need to add a path because all the recordings will be in the same directory.

If you want to link to recordings that are in your iTunes Music Library, you'll have to do that manually after importing the songs rather than using the Recordings column in the import file.
