Hi, I just purchased a month's license in hope that I'll have better luck than previous time in 2017 when I tried to set up midi.

So, I now have a PC laptop and Android 8 tablet. I'd like to use MIDI over Bluetooth.

I can pair devices but that's as far as I get. I can't get Bandhelper to find my PC.

This is supposed to work, right ?
What can I do to make it work ?

BTW, would it go easier if I had an iPad, can iPad send MIDI over Bluetooth to Windows 10 laptop ?

Thanks for your time.

What do you want to do with this setup?

If you turn on Help > Utilities > Use Old MIDI Framework, you can use RTP MIDI, which uses wi-fi instead of Bluetooth. That requires that you set up some MIDI software on the PC:

If you want to keep the new framework and use Bluetooth, I'm not sure how you would make that connection. IIRC, Macs can do that with the built-in Audio MIDI Setup utility, but I don't know if there's an equivalent for Windows.

If you click the MIDI icon in the top toolbar and click Connect to a Bluetooth Device, does the Windows PC appear?

Ok, I had no success with Bluetooth, but it did work over WIFI.
Thanks for the help
