Sharing Layouts

We're just thinking about Sharing Layouts between different BH Accounts ab Export and Import it. Our First try failed. Whenever I Import it, BH crashes.

The file attached here doesn't contain a layout, it contains a link to an email attachment. I'm not sure if that's what you tried to import, or if that's just a result of how you added the file to this forum.

Anyway, to troubleshoot a crash it's better to submit a help ticket:
