Admin SuperUser mode

I am, in BH terms, the MD for several bands (projects) which I use BH for.
I do a lot of the song maintenance for myself and the other members.
What I find really difficult is that I don’t even know when somebody has made (and therefore uses) a personal lyrics copy.
So there I go making (subtle or not) changes which several people may not see.
They will also not know that the shared copy has changed.

I’d really like a SuperUser mode where I can at least see who doesn’t get changes, preferably with the option to make sympathetic, equivalent changes to their copies too.
All the personal fields would be good to have access to, a well.

Editing another user's personal fields is on my wish list and I already added a vote for you when you asked about it earlier.

I don't think that needs a new user level; it could either be part of the admin capabilities, or part of the Edit All editing access. Probably the latter because the admin designation currently only affects account management functions, not content.
