Copy user to temporary substitute user

Hi,

When I add a new user, as temporary substitute, how can I copy all the info from an existing user to this temp user ?
Now I just add a new user and change all songs to have this new temp user included.
We have more than 100 songs, so there must be some easier way ?

Songs don't have to be assigned to users. All users in a project will see all the songs in a project.

Hi,
Sorry for the confusion.
Each song has a document attached for each user specifically. So our singer has a diff document per song than our bass player.
If we get a substitute singer, I would like to assign all documents from our singer to be assigned to the substitute.

You can go to the Repertoire > Documents page of the website and select the singer in the Filters box. Then click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all the documents, then add the substitute user in the Batch Update box. That will assign all the singer's documents to the sub.
