Sorry if in the wrong section...

I am the admin for the account and my bass/guitar/drum musicians all have the same access which should be open to everything except renewing the subscription.  My bass player can add days off or events if needed just fine, but my guitar player cannot.  When he clicks on 'save' after inputting the information it does nothing.  No error message or anything...

Any ideas?  He is using the website version as his only smartphone is his work phone and he needs special permission to download outside apps.  I've had no issues with my account using the website to do this....

any ideas or anything you can see from him?  It is the 'Troy' account that is having the issues and the Darren account is fine

Please ask your guitar player to clear his browser cache. If that doesn't fix it, he can try a different web browser, or submit a help ticket to troubleshoot the problem.
