Controlling Kronos with BH

We just got our KB player's Korg Kronos to work with BH. 
All we wanted to do was change the setlist number in the Kronos on song selection.  He has his Kronos set up so that each 'setlist' gives him all the sound settings he wants.
Simple as creating a MIDI preset that sends program change [0, x, 0] where x is the setlist number you want.
Just FYI in case anyone runs into needing this and are using a USB to MIDI adapter.
