Problem with Document sync

We use Bandhelper with 5 musicans. All documents we share with bandhelper are PDFs.
When i make a PDF and mark only my name, then three musicans can not see that document, but one member see always my PDF. I check the member dates in WEB and i can say everything seems to be ok.
He use an old Samsung pad, the other member use all Apple iPads.

Some days before i made some new Documents and forgot to remark all other user before i load up the docs. After two days i set the marker only for me. Is it possible that he shall reset his local data?

What else can i do?
