Different Setlist Different Functionality
« on: December 06, 2020, 09:59:12 AM »
Good Day BandHelpers....
I have gone through FAQs and the Forum and can't find an answer.

My setlists are set up to go to the next song after finishing the current song and wait for me to hit the automation button to play my next song. Works perfect for me.

Now I want to have a different setlist for break music. The way this set would need to work is to autoplay the songs one after the other.

Anyone know how to do this? Seems like it would need to be a function of the layout vs the general settings. But I don't see that type of function under layouts.

I don't want to use a playlist and I don't have a USB stick port on my mixer like some do.

Thanks for any suggestions.

You could switch to a different layout for your break music and set up that layout to auto-play the songs.

But I think it's better to switch to a normal music player app for your break music. Then you won't have to switch around your BandHelper settings at each break, and you don't have to load break music into your BandHelper account if your break music isn't drawn exclusively from your band's repertoire.
