Yes, you can pinch-zoom that text to resize it.

Same question, but is it possible to create the song in iOS and have an Android user resize for their device?  When he resizes, the option to “Save Text Size” is not selectable.  It seems to be ok across iOS devices.

You're asking about lyrics rather than annotations. I would need to collect some info about your setup to see why the save option isn't appearing, so please submit a help ticket for that:
