Live Sharing between IOS and Android device?

Topic says it all:  Can I use Live Sharing, with the Master on an IOS device, and the Slave on Android?  To further clarify, I would like to be able to control the Song Selelction, and scroll start of the songs from my IOS device, and have it display on my device plus my partner's Android.
