MIDI - "Pair with Preset" working?

I have a few On/Off toggle presets that I use "Pair with Preset" to use just one button (tuner, boost, couple of effects) - not sure when it quit but they don't seem to work currently? The 'on' preset works fine, the 'off' preset works fine. But when I pair On and Off presets it doesn't toggle the device on/off on the one button.

Anyone else have that issue, or is my setup off somehow.  Thanks all -

I just tried it and it worked for me. Please submit a help ticket so I can see your setup.
