Attaching files from the files section to an event

Hello,
I tried to attach a document which was uploaded from a bandmember in the files section to an event. That seems not possible?

No, the Files section is for general items that aren't associated with anything else. If you have a file that's specific to an event, you can add it directly to that event, on that event's edit page.
