Multiple Documents not scrolling

We are trying to use custom documents for different band members so we could have 2 or 3 documents per song. The issue we're having is that the scrolling feature is not working for all documents. I'm set up to view the 2nd document in the list and the scrolling works. Another person defaults to the first document but isn't able to enable scrolling.

What do you mean by "isn't able to enable scrolling"? What specifically are they doing?
