Adding document into Lyrics view

Hi together,

is it possible to add a document view into a lyrics view?

My situation:

I use a Ipad 12,9. The view is on the left side a small song list, on rest I see the lyrics with chords. So I have added a document (scan with solo notes/sheets) and I want to make it visible without changing between the documents. It´s only a small sheet line.

is this possible? I can´t find a solution.

Do you mean the document is small (a portion of a page) and you want to view it at the same time as the lyrics and chords are showing?

Inserting small images into the Lyrics field is on my to do list for the coming months. I'll let you know if I'm able to do it.

In the new version of BandHelper released today, you can embed JPG images into the Lyrics field. This is shown in step 12 on this page:

Hi Arlo,

I´ve read this and made the update. But neither on ios, nor on PC I can´t find the "image" Button at the lyrics.

Ah, that should be fixed on the website now. In the iOS app, please click Help > About and make sure you have the latest version 2024-06-16.

Hi Arlo, I can add it now, but I´m not able to change the size. I can resize the Image, but after releasing the mouse button, the size is like before.

You can edit the song, scroll down to the Documents list, click the document, and change the Width In Lyrics setting. That is a percentage of the width of the lyrics field.

Hi Arlo,

I can change it (screenshot 1)- But after saving and reopening the settings, it´s still 100% so it doesn´t save (like manually resize is the same problem).

Yes, now it´s saving - But in the lyrics on the website, it´s the same size like before an doesn´t change

The saved image sizes are now used when editing or displaying on the website.
