Midi keeps disconnecting

Is there any reason midi keeps disconnecting. I have a new fire tablet. It connects just fine...but after moving a few screens in Band helper it disconects. I have a USBC connector and two bluetooth midi connectors. I tried my phone too..us bc is the same result. Bluetooth crashes the app as soon as I try to connect.

Then click Help > Send Troubleshooting Info in the app and enter the ticket ID.
