Custom field with newlines

I guess this is a feature request. I would like custom fields to respect newlines / formatting. I understand that custom fields display without newlines because they can be added to song lists, for example. But I have multi-line song notes that are only for me that are not lyrics and are not shared chords. I don't think they belong in the Notes field that all band members can see because they are just for me. I'd like to display them in a large multi-line field in a custom layout. Custom fields only display a single line of text and ignore newlines.

On the custom field edit page, you can turn on the Multi-Line option.
