I am a satisfied current user of Set List Maker for my live performance needs.  If I choose to use BandHelper in the future will all my data in Set List Maker migrate seamlessly to BandHelper?

Moving the database is pretty easy; moving attached documents and recordings requires more steps, especially if you are on iOS and are linking to recordings in iTunes. Instructions are in the last section on this page:
