Notes question

Hi, I have a bunch of songs with lyrics, and now our drummer wants to add his own notes. I had to give him the "all data" role so he could edit his own notes. Is that right?

Users with only Added Data access can enter personal notes if they turn on Settings > Account Sync > Personal Sync > Notes. They would need All Data access to enter shared notes to songs they didn't add.

No, users control their own personal sync settings.
