1. Can I add a vote for being able to reduce Song tiles etc. below 50% in the left panel list...I only need to see the Song names and so I could get many more on the screen

2. The way the page refeshes when you swipe..used to be nice slide off to the side, now it seems to flick up and the 2 pages are overlaid for a moment which I have to say I personally find a bit off putting especially if I am reading the last line of that page at the time as I swipe...it looks flashier admittedly...but are there any options somewhere to configure how the pages move from one to another?

3. I have had a couple of instances now (cannot reproduce them on demand sadly)...where editing text (lyrics) I somehow managed to copy in text for another song lyric completely - -is this 'extra' text held in some edit buffer somewhere and so I somehow managed to paste it in? Did not see paste button anywhere..maybe it was an accident

4. Still having the issue I reported to you where I try to edit the text at the bottom of my lyrics and as I scroll down to get there...I cannot seem to get to the last 2 lines without the input keypad obscuring it when it pops up
I have to go to the top of page move whole page up and then go back into the Lyric box and try again (sometime it takes a few goes)...I think I will have to take a small video of me doing this to explain better and I will mail it to you
Maybe this is not new but I never noticed or had any problems in v3

5. With Fat fingers like mine, I find some of the screen functions for tapping / editing and sizing tricky!
Getting to the 1st character on a specific line to edit it for example, takes many goes!!
Is there another way to zoom in/out text other than pinching it (which I find hit and miss) ?

1. Yes, vote added.

2. The animation is different because the structure of the song view is different. This is the only animation option currently available in iOS for this kind of setup.

3. Maybe you had another song's lyrics in the clipboard, and when selecting text you accidentally tapped the Paste button that appears in the selection popup.

4. I ran into something like this and I think what you're running into is the difference between scrolling the text of the lyrics field vs. scrolling the entire edit form. If the bottom of the lyrics field is below the keyboard, you would need to scroll the entire edit form upwards -- drag anywhere outside of the field.

5. No, I think this is just the reality of editing text on an iOS device. My BandHelper product includes a web interface, which lets you do your editing on your computer with a mouse and keyboard: http://www.bandhelper.com

I just submitted version 4.0.2, which lets you reduce the song list text all the way down to 20%:

Can we have this for SetListmaker as well then?

Pretty please :)

Okay, I'm starting to really like the new features - 4.01 was a big help. I'd like to add a vote for being to annotate from the perform view. Also, is there a way to add the clock at the bottom showing current time and time remaining like in the old perform window?

Sorry, that's one of the main differentiators between the two products. Set List Maker is an app only, while BandHelper also includes a web interface.

Yes, you can edit your layout, then tap one of the fields in the bottom toolbar, then select one of the time fields from the list. More details here:

Very cool! I wasn't aware that you could tap the bottom toolbar - wasn't shown in the video. Thanks.

I'd like to add a vote for being to annotate from the perform view.

In the upcoming app version 4.1, you can tap the center of a document to show a new document toolbar, then tap the "marker" button to show the annotation toolbar. This allows you to edit annotations wherever a document appears.

More info on the new version is here:
