I did an app upgrade recently and when in show mode, viewing a set, the keyboard pops up from bottom of screen and I cannot get rid of it. Looking for any suggestions. Thanks.

It sounds like you updated your device to iOS 8 but you're running an old version of Set List Maker. Updating to the latest, iOS 8 compatible version of Set List Maker will fix this. More info is here:

Hi,

I also seem to be having this problem. I did my 3rd gig this past weekend with SLM and it was happening all night. I'm running an iPad3 with the latest iOS (8.1?) and the latest version of SetList Maker according to the App store. In fact, I don't believe I even installed SetListMaker for the first time until after iOS8 was on my iPad.

Whenever I flip pages with my Firefly pedal, the keyboard comes back up (about 75% of the time). Sometimes I can make it go away by hitting the keyboard down button. I can sometimes make it go away by toggling the keyboard button off and on and recycling power on my firefly pedal. But it eventually does come back up.

iOS 8 changed the way Bluetooth keyboard connections work, and I had to rewrite my code for that. I need to try rewriting it again to avoid this problem. I'll post back here when I have an update on that.

Sometimes, it's good to be a creature of habit.  ;)

One more reason why I'm thankful for NOT upgrading to iOS 8

In the upcoming app version 4.1, I reworked the Bluetooth foot switch support to use AirTurn's latest software framework. I don't know if this will solve the problem of the on-screen keyboard occasionally appearing when a Bluetooth foot switch is connected, because that problem has never occurred for me, but hopefully it will.
