Add Pedal Steel Guitar to Instruments list

Wonder how to add instuments to the instrument list in Stageplot- BandHelper

The stage plot isn't intended to show all your instruments, just items that are large enough that the performers can't carry them on stage. But a pedal steel would fall into that category, so I'll make a note to add that in the next update.

If you need a short-term fix, you could use the keyboard and label it as a pedal steel, if that doesn't seem too confusing.
