Chords section in custom layout

Is it possible to have only chords displayed in a custom layout? I only found a way to have chords and lyrics combined but as i am visually impaired, i would like to have my chords very large and without the lyrics.

You can't hide the lyrics completely, but you can enlarge the chords as much as you want and they will push the lyrics off the screen if needed.
