Sending A Song's Tempo To A Roland GR-55

Hi Again!

I'm wondering if it's possible to have my Roland GR-55's Patch Tempo change when a song is called up in BH. Here's what I've tried:

1. Roland GR-55 and iPad are connected and talking on MIDI channel 5.
2. Patch on the GR-55 has a default Patch Tempo of 90.
3. Song in BH has a defined tempo of 72.
4. Settings > Tempo & Pitch > Send MIDI Beat Clock = Enabled
5. Roland GR-55 MIDI Beat Clock = Disabled

The expectation is that when I display the song from a Set, the Patch Tempo on the GR-55 is changed to 72.

Please let me know if I overlooked anything, or this is not possible.

Can you find out from your GR-55 user manual, or Roland directly, or from a GR-55 user forum, if it has the capability of setting the tempo from incoming MIDI messages, and what messages are used to do that?
