Smart List by tags shows duplicate tags (iPhone)

i've created a smart list for Genre using Tags.

the settings are shown in the 1st attachment - basically "Sort by Tags" only.

on the website, things appear as i'd expect - songs with different tags are shown in each tag section.

however on the iPhone, the Tags appear multiple times, as shown in the 2nd attachment.  am i doing something wrong?

Yes, latest app version, and latest official iOS. iPhone 6s+

Also happening on iPad Pro, latest everything.

Can you double-check that from the Help > About menu? Because I fixed this same problem in version 3.1.7 and I don't see any problems with it now.

FYI for others, the problem is that a couple of the tags had the same Sort Order value, and one tag had a sort order of 999, which is used internally in the app to designate items with no sort order.
