Email system not working?

I have submitted a help ticket an awaiting automatic email confirmation.
Liked in the Junk folder and can't see any there either, so, is the email system down?

The help needed is to do with a Roll Back failure and I understand that the server will be deleting older data automatically after 24 hour. It is kind of urgent matter.

I replied to your ticket, but I see you have a Hotmail address and those are the worst for filtering incoming messages as spam and not even putting them into your spam folder. You could try putting noreply@arlomedia.com into your address book and see if that helps. Meanwhile, I just emailed you a link to your help ticket.

Finally I fished out your email from the Junk Folder and replied to it.
