Export songs from Setlist Maker to Band Helper

I'm brand new to this and totally lost. Please help. I can't seem to find a way to export all of my songs and lyrics from Setlist Maker to Band Helper. I see where to export. I click that. A drop down menu shows Band Helper. I click that. Nothing. I'm typing right now on my desk top computer. My Setlist Maker and Band Helper are on my iPad and iPhone.
I'm afraid that I'm going to have to start all over with Band Helper and type in all of the songs and lyrics. Please tell me that's not the case. I don't really care about importing the sets. I just want the songs and lyrics.
I've managed to export from Setlist Maker to my email. And I've downloaded the 'Data" and saved it in a folder on my desk top.  I'm  confused about how to get songs into my iPad and get back to work.

You can log into the BandHelper website and click Account > Import for instructions.
